We do not depend in realizing excessive prices for our flats as a normal bargainor would conceive. We ourselves purchase family dwellings, gated communities and commercials for wholesale prices.
The selling of each flat follows after the renovation and modernization arrangements in a modern condition.
As we are a friend of "Muskelhypothecs", we also offer occasionally flats for a cheaper price with the possibilitie to do your own expansion.
While the whole expansion period, the construction sequence will constantly get attended by our competent construction manager.
